How far in advance should I place my order? +

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance for custom requests. For standard items, orders placed by 2 PM are ready for same-day pickup. Holiday orders fill up fast — book early!

Do you deliver? +

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius for gift boxes and orders over $25. Pickup is always free. Delivery is $5 flat or free on orders over $40.

How should I store leftover cookies? +

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze in a zip-top bag for up to 3 months. We include reheating instructions for best results.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? +

Our gluten-free almond flour cookies and vegan brownies are available by special order (48-hour notice required). Contact us to discuss your needs — we're happy to accommodate!
